Free 30-Minute sleep assessment call
During this call, we will discuss your concerns regarding sleep. The purpose of this call is to determine what current struggles you’re experiencing and what your goals are for sleep. We will determine if we’re a good fit and discuss how I can help you moving forward.
Are you the parent of a 4-18 month old baby and struggling with sleep?
This package will provide you with the tools you need to:
-get your baby on an age-appropriate schedule and taking predictable naps each day
-implement solid, consistent nap and bedtime routines that will lead to better sleep
-understand what is causing short naps, night wakings, false starts and early wakings and what to do to fix the problem
-navigate regressions and nap transitions with confidence

-one, 60-minute phone consultation
-thorough review of your infant intake form
-review of 5 days of sleep tracking *and* a free subscription to the Rested App
-a digital copy of the Infant Sleep Guide
-two, 30-minute follow-up phone calls to be used at the end of the first and second week
-unlimited text support for two weeks
-a personalized sleep plan, including gentle sleep strategies, tailored to your baby’s needs

One Hour call

This hour-long phone call will help us get to the root of the problem and come up with a plan for going forward.

-a follow-up, detailed email with everything discussed plus our plan + timeline for implementing sleep changes

Are you an expectant parent, or a parent of a newborn who is looking to set a solid foundation for sleep in the newborn stage?
This package will provide you with the tools you need to:
-set up an optimal sleep environment
-understand and implement safe sleep practices
-create a simple schedule that works for your newborn
-implement nap and bedtime routines
-help your baby to sleep longer stretches at night, and nap at the ideal time each day
-understand the four-month progression and how you can avoid major sleep changes
-navigate future sleep regressions, and nap transitions

-one, 60-minute phone consultation to discuss newborn sleep basics, feeding routines & soothing techniques

Do you feel comfortable implementing sleep changes on your own, but would like follow-up support?
Our initial phone call will include a thorough review of the intake form, and development of a customized plan for sleep.
The second phone call will be at the end of the first week and we will discuss progress and decide if any changes need to be made.
The third phone call can either take place after the second week of implementing changes, or can be saved for a later date- up to you!
